Lucky
Our little dog Lucky just loves going over to Kim’s Urban Hounds for play dates or scheduled care when I my travel or am just running errands. Kim provides a caring, fun, and safe environment for the pets she takes in. Lucky just absolutely loves Kim. He gets so excited when I drop him off. From your “text” message showing a picture of our dogs after you picked them up, to a mid-stay text with another picture of them playing, and to your offer to make sure I was back in town before returning them… demonstrate an acute understanding of your client’s need to feel their companions are in great hands. None of this was advertised or expected, but Oh what a joy to get those updates. It placed me completely at ease. Now, when other opportunities arise, it is no longer a consideration to worry about “But what am I going to do with the dogs?” I have someone I completely trust to look after their needs. Ava Grace
I would highly recommend Kim’s Urban Hounds Pet Sitting to anyone who needs reliable pet care. Kim took great care of Ava, my high-maintenance Jack Russel. She even texted me photos of my dog while she was in her care, and it gave me great peace of mind to see my dog being pampered and loved. Ava jumps out of the car and runs to their door as soon as we park there. Kim is a reliable sitter and really cares for the dogs. She has especially been helpful when I couldn’t get home from work and needed the Ava walked. She always leaves wonderful notes on her visit. So kind, thoughtful and very attentive. Highly, highly recommend! We are so HAPPY we found Kim’s Urban Hounds.

I’ve taken her to dog day camp at Petsmart and she doesn’t seem like she wants to go but when I drop her at Kim’s place, she is very excited and even forgets that I am leaving her there!

Jasper
I adopted my first dog Jasper a little over a year ago. I knew I would be overly protective, worry too much and spoil him too much. Little did I know that I would be fiercely protective (to a fault), and worry about him constantly. I wanted someone to walk Jasper a couple times a day, someone I trusted, someone reliable and someone Jasper liked. Kim turned out to be all of those things and more. Jasper absolutely loves Kim and looks forward to her twice daily visits. I never worry while I’m at work – knowing that Kim will be walking Jasper twice a day. Kim is dependable, responsible and trustworthy. She is very flexible with scheduling if needed, and she treats Jasper as if he were her own. I highly recommend Kim for any of your dog walking or any other pet care needs. Jasper and I don’t know what we would do without her, she has become a part of our family.
Cody
I called Kim’s Urban Hounds at the recommendation of another service – she was the only dog-walking service I could find who was willing to work with potentially aggressive dogs. She immediately assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and set up a time to come meet Cody. As soon as she walked through the door, he was in love. He ran right over to her and begged for head rubs and cuddles. This is a dog who took months to warm up to my family, but he took seconds to warm up to Kim – she just has a way with animals. Her employees are high-quality as well – at the moment, another (KUH) walker is taking care of my dog, and he is just as well behaved for her as he is for Kim (which is absolutely unheard of.) I would highly recommend her service without reservation.
Rosebud
Thank you so very much for taking such amazing care of Rosebud! She misses you guys. And, also for taking such great care of Kumquat the guinea pig and Little Fur Ball and Charles, our fish! Estella and I are truly thankful we found you, and will most definitely be calling you when we travel next.
